Fresh and bright in white cotton poplin , a self lined bodice is embroidered with our signature rainbow dots cashmere embroidery , front and back , a fully gathered calf length skirt and adjustable bow-tie shoulder straps . Seams are all swiss double stitched seams , a deep hem gives plomb to the skirt and extra lee-way for lengthening .
