ErreCi shirt

The ErreCi shirt is another menswear piece . I have always raided my men folk's wardrobe  ;) as a girl my dads and from then onwards to today . I like the looser shape , style and fabric .  The fabric is a crepe cotton with a tiny , two colour ,  check pattern in blue and sand colour .  

The only alteration I have made is to shortened the sleeves , leaving a nice deep hem . 

Again I have chosen my stem flowers embroidery for this piece . One long , narrow stem runs down the side left side , the buttonhole side , of the button band Picking up on the colour of the fabric pattern , I have used a deep safari beige for the stem , the appliquè leaves are in denim colour linen and parchment white . The cashmere dot flowers are in tones of light blue , denim and white . The embroidery is placed above and below the pockets , on the left side almost the entire length of the shirt , a shorter version on the right . To complete the decoration I have placed a horizontal stem motif with a full flower centre back on the shoulder yoke .
