Cashmere Scarf Eco-print-'Walnut '

I have a beautiful walnut tree just down the lane from my house and I have picked leaves and green walnuts from it this late summer to use in my botanical prints. 

For this scarf I have used a mirror image pattern using the fresh walnut leaves folding in half the entire length . The bold pattern combined with the splendid colours on this soft , creamy grey base are marvellous , olive green tones, with hints of brown .

The image of plant leaves printed onto pure knitted cashmere . The technique of eco-print has been used on this , one of an exclusive series of scarves , real leaves , dried and fresh have been wrapped into the knit and treated so that the leaf pattern remains printed on the scarf . Each piece is one off , entirely unique , the pattern can not be replicated , the leaves from the same plant can be used but the pattern will always be different . These scarves are truly special , and to buy one is to appreciate the astonishing , beauty of the patterns in nature and the natural technique used to print  and to know that no-one has a scarf quite like yours !
