A pretty roundneck romper suit with an overskirt , frill cap sleeves and embroidered bodice . The little peter-pan collar is an optional . The back opens to below the waistline and is closed with 3 shell buttons and hand finished buttonholes . The puffed, gathered shorts have elasticated leg openings and the gusset opens completely for easy changing , finished with hand stitched nylon press-studs .
